Author Topic: Anyone know of any good building tutorials?  (Read 1808 times)

I feel like playing a bit of Blockland today, and I was wondering if there are any good building tutorials for doing things such as switches, levers, designing puzzles and other cool things... Just to get my imagination going, y'know? Everyone can figure out how to place blocks, but making them do cool stuff is what I'm really interested in.

I really wish there was a good collection of recent tutorials out there that I could check out.

Thanks for any help!

Well here's a good eventing tutorial, to answer your request

sadly a lot of the best tutorials got derped when imageshack went full stupid and ended up deleting the archives of tons of members when none of them wanted to pay for an instagram-style service or something.

that being said, you can still learn by going through gallery and the DOF pictures topic where theres tons of high quality builds. you can learn how to get certain styles/designs through looking at those pics.

there are always exceptions to these rules though

granted, these are 1x2x5's, but doing it with 1x1s would have had a similar or maybe even better effect
