Author Topic: Ways to give one person a video over the internet to upload to youtube?  (Read 722 times)

/title

I want to make this collaboration channel but I have no idea how I would get the videos from the people who would record them. Email has a file size limit that is way too small and google drive would be annoying to set up.

Yes

if they have personal dropbox accounts they could upload there and give you a download link?
or if you trust them allow them access to the account to upload videos them-self.

Dropbox might work, you could even download the desktop app so you can just drop your files into the Dropbox folder and it'll upload and keep the file up to date as long as you have the app running in the background

you could always deliver it by carrier pidgeon.
or you could try smoke signals, either works.

I was thinking I would have to set up everyone with an invite and then it would get cluttered with everyone's videos

i support this

prof youtubers use drive..

i remember some test that a few guys did to see if a carrier pigeon could send a flash drive with a huge file on it to a person faster than a conventional internet connection

the pigeon got there before the download finished
