Add-on doesn't work

so i really need this add on (https://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=288889.0) the last one "sever_stride" to set a footstep material to a specific paintcan color i don't understand why it doesn't work, i do the command /setfootsteps (material) with the paintcan out but it just doesn't apply any help?

It's /setFootsteps [Material] [hasFootsteps]

For example saying "/setfootstep grass 0" would make it so that color makes the grass foot step noise, but doesn't leave footprints.

still doesn't work i do /setfootstep grass 0 or 1 and still can't hear the grass sound
