Blank keycaps look cleaner but are harder to use

i wasted my money on an LED keyboard when i don't even look at my keyboard ever.

i'll probably invest in the overwatch keyboard or something blank with red switches.

uhh, i know all of the keys. but i don't know why i would ever get those. sure they look nice, but it costs more for the same function, and probably puts your keyboard off-limits to anyone else who might use your computer.

my keyboard does this and no it doesn't look blank when its off because the space the LED's shine through is translucent white while the rest is black

because the keys are black the LED's need a clear space to glow through, it might work if the keys were entirely translucent white but that looks gay and would require the lights to be shaped like the letters they're representing

I'd rather have them printed.
I can touch-type, but that's usually while I'm sat down and have my hands in a comfortable position.

If I'm typing one handed, or I'm stood up and just momentarily need to use my laptop, then I have a harder time finding the keys. That's much better for me.

Not to mention that there are function keys which I haven't learnt off by heart, as I use them much more rarely, and there are times that other people may use my laptop and they could be at a loss.

I use printed but I can use blank if I really wanted to. I've managed to memorize where every single key is that I can tell somebody without any keyboards near me.
