Author Topic: How do I factory reset my phone when the screen is broke? [Sony Z3]  (Read 332 times)

Hey forums.
Going to sell my phone, but the screen is completely forgeted and I can't do anything on it.
Its a Z3, so even with a broken screen, I could still get a good deal! There's no point replacing the screen because once its been cracked once, it'll always be stuff. Plus I've already got it repaired 3rd party so Sony won't touch it.

Right now I'm trying to factory reset it but I can't since the screen is borked. Any ideas?

Tried to do this method but its outdated and no longer works:

Thanks.

Fixed.

(For future reference to anybody having this problem, you can still download the current Sony Companion, click 'Software Repair' which gives you the option to factory reset without pressing anything on the phone)
