My PC has been running into RAM issues. Help me BLF!

Starting yesterday, I've been having issues with my 8GB of RAM in my PC. I would be playing Garry's Mod for a while, then I would get a popup about running low on memory, and then Steam and then Garry's Mod would close. Why is my PC having these issues now? Can I fix it so I can finally play GMod without it complaining about RAM problems? There's also a process called "System and compressed memory" that is taking up about a gigabyte of RAM for some reason, and I already tried disabling superfetch and it didn't work.

Around 65% 70% usage.

I got quite some, but they worked fine before.

Mods for skyrim do this to. I dont onow why every last bit of content is so memory dependant even when not in use. But having like 200 mods may cause program crashing over X ammount of playtime, for no reason at all.

you forget do you not know computers of course your gonna have to reboot it a few times if you wanna troubleshoot

It seems to be happening with other games as well (like Overwatch). From what I can tell, it seems like my RAM may be going bad.
I'm planning on getting a new PC anyway, so i'm not too worried.
Going to lock this thread, seeing as I'll just get a new PC soon with new memory.
