not a base for centerprint mods

Hey! I saw somebody asking about a centerprint text mod. Here's a slightly stuff version I pumped out within a few days!
(this will not work without modification. that is on purpose)
(I know this is really hacks and unoptimized but I'd rather restate one word over and over then dynamically shift with getSubStr and strReplace)

Err. What even is this thing supposed to be? I can tell it doesn't work correctly just by looking at some of the code.

It looks like a combination of trails, hats, admin commands/punishments and music.

If you're trying to create an intuitive support script where you can create centerprint menus (I think?), this isn't the right way to go about it.
