Being an anti-vaxxer is tied to intelligence (the lack thereof), and intelligence is tied to genetics. So therefore, being an anti-vaxxer is to some degree tied to genetics.
There is no study correlating anti-vaxxer beliefs with any measurement for intelligence, and there definitely isn't any study showing a causal relationship either.

As for whether intelligence is tied to genetics, it's kind of complicated. IQ is a really flawed unit of measurement and most studies looking at heritability over multiple generations fail to control for stuff like rearing, family environment, and wealth.

I was going to make an edge "joke" about the anti-vaccinators but i decided agaisnt it because its not good to make fun of handicapped people.

I talked to someone who legitimately believed vaccines cause autism

It was not a very pleasant conversation
