For the past few days, my mom has been REALLY sick. Today she went to the hospital, and was scanned. And so about 30 minutes ago, while my brother and I were in the pool, my brother got a text from my dad saying that my mom had a inflammation infection. The doctor said that it was possible to be removed, but she might have to be operated on.
I also forgot to mention that she had a fever of 101.5F today
EDIT: My mom just got home, and is on antibiotics, and they said if she starts to have symptoms like this again, then she will have to have surgery, so I'm locking the thread for now until anything happens, and they said that the inflammation was happening in her intestine, so she has to have foods with little fiber or just lots of liquids.
EDIT: My mom is going in for a check-up on Monday, and I will give more info when that happens. They said that it may not be possible to remove the infection if the medical drugs that they gave her won't work.
