i can claim rape because i don't like someone, that doesn't mean they'll be charged with anything. any reasonable court of law will dismiss cases that have insufficient evidence. the real problem is if you have a jury trial that wrongly reaches a guilty verdict

But in reality only female rape cases are taken seriously, not males.

Take the cosby case for example. I don't know if cosby did or did not rape a female (despite the fact the drug used at the time was legal and he made sure they consented and knew what they were taking.)

Don't you find it odd how like 10+ women come out of the wood work and report the rape case like 10+ years later? Some claims way over the statue of limitations lol.
