A file is apparently "missing" from my System32. what the forget

so, I wanted to play some dolphin emulator on my brand new computer, but it says this:



now, this is weird, as i've installed it. proof here:


How the forget do i fix this.

you must delete system32 then download it fresh from microsoft.

update your directx version and see if it works

i used to get this same thing
it's not your computer, it's just dolphin being handicapped
i had to install directx like rally said

That's just the library that allows you to use your Xbox controller in games.

download the zip and extract the dll file into the root directory of the exe file you're trying to run.

try copying the dll and putting it in the same folder as the dolphin executable
if that doesnt work then update your directx
