Colonel Java, A colonel of a fake military persistent on getting badspot and kompressor to recode the game in java. He will kill anyone that does not agree with his beliefs. That also means hes not allied with anyone.

I finally fixed the "Outline" thingy on the Google Doc so it's somewhat easier to navigate, too.
