I'll go into the video and then click fullscreen. But instead of going into ACTUAL fullscreen, it fills up the browser only and then blacks out the parts the resolution doesn't reach.
If you close out of Chrome and start it up again, though, it fixes itself for a time.
Anyone know what's going on here? It keeps happening and I think it's useful for multitasking so I want to know if it's a glitch or a feature.
