this is actually a really common joke on /pol/, oddly enough

essentially, people think that europe "yurop" is extremely poor, mainly due to the adoption of the euro - it's a joke saying that through the idea of there only being a bun and butter, or bun and cheese, that's all that "yuropians" have to eat
