I wanted to ask him if i can redeem my steam blockland for a non steam, Since you can do non steam for steam, giving you a free alt, And with non-steam you can make dedicated servers, However on steam you CANT

Please help me, i need a way to host dedicated for ppl to play 24/7

Sadly, you can't. steam version cannot be used off of steam.
