working out raises your self esteem

working out raises your self esteem

oh cool, so does pizza if it has pepperoni on it  ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Besides the multiple health benefits from exercise (and getting off your sedentary booty), working out raises self efficacy and confidence as well as giving you a new hobby and being able to associate with other motivated and positive people who also enjoy working out whether it be casual or your more serious athletes. Working out will also help reduce mental stress and help with anxiety. On top of working out, implementing good nutrition will help give you energy throughout the day and probably help you to feel better too. You can start with simple calisthenics which don't require a gym membership and like I said, little to no equipment.

you were
you're an idiot

I'm going to talk to my mother, I give up. Another loving situation occurred with online friends and I cant take it.
Thanks for helping anyways.
