ive never had a bad experience with a police officer (only mall cops) and i live in a southern city with significant african american communities
Same, all the cops I've ever dealt with were just efficient at doing their job. The worst one I came across was just keeping stuffters out of a gated community the wrong way, and eventually let me in.
