Atheros qca61x4 Wireless thing is slow as loving stuff

I bought a 1300 euro laptop and they put an atheros wireless adapter in there lmfao
Seriously tough forget off zhoever tough that was a good idea should be fired
Anyways my wireless adapter is either slow as stuff or not working at all
I get "OK" download (as in 15Mbps wich is not ok) and like 0.03Mpbs upload
Unaccaptable
Drive rupdate didnt work
deleting driver software didnt work
what do

Edit: I changed to band to 2.4Ghz instead of 5Ghz BECAUSE LITERALLY NOBODY USES 5GHZ WHAT THE forget ATHEROS?

Actually no its still stuff
sometimes it gets 20Mbps tops (like most of the time with bonus disconnections every second) and other times I reach the max speed of the card
