I got a GTX 1060, how do I install it to my computer

I would recommend first doing a clean uninstall of your drivers (using Display Driver Uninstaller or whatever it's called), then powering down your machine, pulling the power cord, pushing the power button to remove any static energy remaining in the system, carefully pulling out the old card (while also cleaning any dust while you're at it, and make sure you're properly grounded!), insert the new card, turn on the system and install a fresh new set of drivers.

You could try pressing on it with a paperclip to see if it will pop out.
