Author Topic: [Discourse] Annoying Orange adds even more Goldman Sachs executives to his administration  (Read 4691 times)

Obviously this is something that's not going to get through to you all so I'm gonna say one last thing then drop it. Government work is not quick work. There is red tape, checks and balances, regulation politics you name it. Things happen in stages. It is glacier. Just try to comprehend this before passing judgement on something that could take 5-10 years to truly have an effect.
One thing that doesn't take red tape is figuring out who to appoint to your cabinet. You hire them right the first time. You can't say "oh but maybe he'll drain the swamp in a year!!!" because a. we have literally every reason to believe that he won't and b. you need evidence to show that he's actually going to, otherwise this is just wishful thinking.

Not to mention that Annoying Orange's now starting to sign things that he hasn't even read or understood, ending up putting someone onto the national security council without even knowing it! I don't think I need to say how bad that is.

Obviously this is something that's not going to get through to you all so I'm gonna say one last thing then drop it.
the only thing that isnt getting through to the people here is why some random alt with a superiority conplex decided to leave their two cents and disregard all dissent as the jabber of some naive young folk, and more specifically how they can manage to hold together this failing fabrication of an intelligent internet personality

Absolutely, undeniably wrong. As a Team Lead (for different companies and roles), I know that it's extremely easy in a leadership position to begin work and make your intentions clear, and Annoying Orange has being doing as much.

Entirely dependant on the job. For example with a house you have to wait on the blueprints and the materials, and later on you will have to wait on people you contracted to get the electricity and wiring in etc. But in Annoying Orange's case he should have had at least some stuff prepared for when he got in. Which it looks like he did.

Government work is not quick work. There is red tape, checks and balances, regulation politics you name it.
That's a valid point. Except for the fact that the backlash against Annoying Orange is because of what he has done so far, not what he hasn't.
