it probably has a password on it for a reason
normally passwords are designed to lock people out

the server becomes password-ed and only accessible to admins when there are no admins online for x amount of time, since the server needs admins to run, admins can join and start the server up

The password is 1 character (always the same pass unless the server needs some maintenance or the server is starting up and needs more time to initiate)

Even if you get it correct it'll still kick you out because a staff has not opened it yet
