Most people say its either Bisjac or Otis Da Housekat

The common belief for ages was that it was Otis.

But a year or so back Otis claimed that bisjac was the first to name Otis as the owner, and it was created by bisjac presumably out of spite of wanting to be top on the Most Active list and discrediting Otis.
