Half flat shaded...

Everything I make has like 1 side thats flat shaded and another that isn't. I am following Traders tutorials but it still doesn't work. Can someone please explain the problem?

We do not really know the problem unless you provide more info.
But i could try (very hard) to make a tut on this, since i figured out how to flat shade like kaje <3

Please make a tutorial, or a youtube video of you doing it... Its either I learn to flat shade, or I throw my Star Wars mod in the dumpster. Because I don't want to use crappy models...
