Fixing/Cleaning up pictures for avatars - Taking Requests!

There really is no long explanation for this, just give me a small image, gif, png, jpeg, doesn't matter, I'll fix it up assuming its fixable, but for reference, check my pictures and gifs i've done above.

Basically, if it has a background I can make it clear, if it needs to be resized, I can do that too.

Its a little more than the magic wand tool smartass.

I have to balance the image size to be about under 20kb for it to be a good size, besides the magic wand tool leaves lots of white pixels because when you export the gif every pixel has to be 100% solid or transparent, there is no in between. It turns Transparent pixels whitish, so it stands out on dark backgrounds and themes.
