I did this before. It's a much better experience,  as it takes your expected knowledge based on age into account.

Not to mention that alot of different things on real IQ tests are time sensitive whereas most of these online tests are not timed at all.

i used to take online iq tests a lot and my scores ranged from 105 to over 150. there's no reason to take these at all since they can't even give you a decent estimate
