how to improve handwriting

my handwriting is abysmal, tell me how to improve it

for reference, i write more for speed extreme extreme speed but as a result it turns out like chicken scratch that only i can decipher (encryption bonus!)

and also i never learned how to hold a pencil properly because i'm too fast for that

Learn calligraphy strokes, then just write with that.
Thats how i fixed my hand writing, works even with pencils.
