Pretty sure you can't get banned on the forums for what you do at another site. That would be something you could report to discord, but until he posts that stuff here, he wouldn't be banned.

It wouldn't be the first time someone got banned for something outside of BL.Remember, Badspot can make decisions on his own, it's not a 'to the book' thing. He's shown this several times. Even recently.
The equivalent on the forum would be if someone on was minding their own business posting about Blockland and I banned them because of a completely unrelated post they made on another forum. Legal or not, it's morally wrong to use your power as a business owner to attempt to police all aspects of your customer's lives.
i wouldn't be surprised if its just pie crust or any butt buddies he has
