i feel some people are taking PC too far. PC should only apply to social interaction and family friendly stuff, not entertainment

i love chris rock and he was never politically correct about stuff and i still love him. still if someone talked to me irl like chris rock does i'd square up with them

As a friend put sufficiently, political correctness is fine when it's in service to respect others, not shielding people from offensive content or undesirable truths. The latter becomes downright dogmatic in a way, but then again, so does Anti-PC sentiments. I think there's more to it than just being about whether or not everyone's playing nice.
