I think this PC will be better for what you are needing it to do:

This is very similar in price and is about 1.5x better.

A 950 would be worse btw so lol

1050 will stutter due to 2gb cram
wtf are you talking about i can run gta5 just fine with a 750 ti

blind as a loving bat

also see my edit on the previous page

i dont think theyve made a white msi 1050

inconsistent listing af, wouldn't buy it without contacting them before hand and making sure what is in the actual computer

still would think its a 950 machine with it having 950 in the model name

run gta5 just fine with a 750 ti
What fps/resolution/graphics setting?

Here you go an updated build for under $680 (you'll have to find a different case for some reason that one isn't listing a dealer or price). It only has 8GB of ram but you can easily upgrade that later.

"3GB 1060"
NONONONONONONO
DON'T DO THAT

"ASRock"
Also a bad idea but otherwise a decent list.

It's $100 more but trust me, you will need the extra 3 GB of VRAM. Also, kept the 16 GB of ram and settled on an intel processor. If you prefer AMD, swap it out with what was listed on RIaB's part picker.

I know, im just showing that for $5 less, your pc would be 1.5x better than that one prebuilt you were about to buy. Also i'm not picking either a rx 570 or 580 because of the fact they are not in stock and won't be until late june.

op asked for something that runs gta 5 adequately not in full settings

ASRock's latest motherboards for Ryzen have been getting some pretty good reviews lately, especially during launch when people had to buy one when other were out of stock. But if he wants to he can probably buy a better motherboard.

EDIT: Oh shoot like renderman said all the rx 570/580's are mostly out of stock right now. If you don't think you'll be able to upgrade for a long time after buying/building a new pc, I would highly recommend AMD just because their parts tend to last longer performance wise. The rx line has seen many improvements in FPS with recent updates and will continued to be updated for a while. Basically: get a 580 if it's in stock and you won't upgrade for a while.
