How do i not get this error message when I upload a profile picture?

I read somewhere the max resolution is 75x75px so i optimised my wanted picture to that. When I press "change profile" I get the following:

Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

If it helps, my file is a GIF with 26 frames and the file size is 107 KB.

Try 74x74

[Shroom]

Try lowering it to at least 65x65, but lower than 75x75 should work fine. Make sure the image is on desktop too.
