Looking for Ipad Emulator

Basically I need to install the AG ROP app to interface with my Panasonic UX-180 but I don't own an Ipad or any Apple products. Any way I can do this with an emulator or a virtual machine or some stuff?

it'd have to be an ARM emulator but i don't think that would be the most legal thing since iOS is closed source or whatever

if you google ios emulator or virtual machine there's a bunch of results but they all look sketchy asf. such things exist for android but that's open source so it's easy and legal.

The least sketchy think ive found is somethong that emulates ios in a way tp run ios apps, buts its picky on what hardware it works with ie your phone and its also not been really tested well, but its free.

Im not gonna link it or name it here because while the sites say its legal, I'm not gonna chance it.
