Anyone notice how builds arn't considered good unless they are made to look real and not blocky, but if someone were to create a weapon or car that was realistic they would be told to make it more blocky.

Ya that makes me anoyed some times cause I'm not that good at blocky guns....

I always think that if I ever learn to model and script correctly I would make an actually good model, why do I care if you want blocky? Making something "Blocky"
is more of an excuse for insufficent modeling I think.

What the hell are you talking about? I never said I wanted to make blocky stuff. In fact the whole point of this thread is to say that mandating all weapons to be blocky while all builds to not is annoying.

Making models 'Blocky' usually means fully flat-shaded, not many cylinders but at the same time no cubes - give them rounded corners or something. In general, make it look like the models that come with Blockland. Not 'Blocky' as in 'Extruded Grid of Identical Cubes'.

Tell that to gikon.

I was just saying I don't like block models in an extemely long sentence or maybe a paragraph. Probably more of a paragraph. My posts are too long. O_o
