Help packaging gamemode

I know how to package a normal gamemode and just say The required addons are: http:Download,
But how do I package a gamemode with all the addons in 'it".

do you have an example of another gamemode that has the addons inside of it?
I thought the addons were normally listed or included as a separate download

So right now im building a map with bots. How do i make to when i kill them they dont respawn?
