I kind of remember there being a registry value that needed to be changed
do other programs open it in chrome or do they also open in the other browser?

I believe Blockland/Torque checks an old registry value for default browser or something.

Look at this please and see if it works.

Blockland is outdated and is still using other resources to open links differently.
