if the file size is fine, try saving it with different programs (on your computer or online) and see if the metadata changes and lets you upload it
I doubt the number of frames is causing the issue

works in gimp! thanks to you all! looks like the metadata was bad after all. try to export the .gif you want your avatar to in GIMP instead of the other websites.

im keeping this topic unlocked in case if more people have the same issue.
