How do I change my profile picture?

Hi, new here, I tried twice to change my profile...
But it does not seem to let me, what do I have to do to change it?

Click profile, and at the left under "modify profile" click "forum profile information." Your avatar has to be 75x75 or smaller and under a certain file size. if you run into problems let us know.

Oh well, apparently it was the jpeg format? So I just choose a random picture from my folders that was a png and fit the resolution.

Sooo, here is my profile until I find something better...
