Sounds for vehicles and infinate ammo

Are there any mods that play sounds for vehicles such as driving a tank or a jeep, and is there a way to give infinite ammo to a weapon and doesn't require a refill on ammo?

it actually takes more effort to make a weapon have an ammo system
the defaults do not have any ammo, you could try looking at those
