Who said they had to be more expensive?
so what benefit would they have over normal gpus?

I'm not sure, but the point still stands, they don't have to be more expensive.

they dont have to be more expensive but the demand would probably drive the price up at least a bit

either way i doubt its gonna happen, development of cards and the hardware put into them takes at least a full year, and they'd be betting on this specific market still being there by the time they get the factories making those cards. idk if that would be a safe bet since the price and stability of crypto is in limbo rn

should i get a nvida graphics card or should i stick with my graphics card rn which is basically the 2nd best thing you can get

market crashing = litterally nothing left so prices skyrocket
the opposite. it has nothing to do with supply. "crashing" refers to the value dropping

stick with it, unless if you get a used GPU on Reddit hardwareswap

???
No
Thousands of used cards flood the market.
Since the miners had extra cards for when their's died/only had them running since the bitcoin market shot up, theyll be fine for most people.

Basically bitcoin crashed and nvidia/amd are forgeted for siding with bitcoin instead of the gaming market.
