Even if its a pixel soundtrack, Chrono Trigger has good music.

Valdis Story: Abyssal City probably posted this game's songs enough times but i still love it. probably the only reason i got as many of the achievements that i did
Beneath the Surface - First area (for 3/4 of the characters)
Above the Chaos - Second town (first area for the other character)
Primal Instincts - Monster bosses, as well as one other part in the game.

Furi
Set Me Free - Fourth fight.
Danger 8:02 - Last fight.

Lethal League
Scream - City Stage
Urabon - Pool Stage
Ordinary Days - Padded Cell Stage

Phantasy Star Online
Revolution to the Origin Part 1 - Final area of Episode 1, when no enemies are around.
Revolution to the Origin Part 2 - When there's enemies around. (the game separates these tracks into 6 second segments, and also has 'transmission' tracks when switching between then. pretty cool stuff)
Cry, for 'IDOLA' the Holy - Final boss of Episode 1's final form
Abysmal Ball -intermission- - Final area of Episode 2, when no enemies are around.
Abysmal Ball -banquet- - When enemies are around.

Phantasy Star Online Episode 3 - C.A.R.D. Revolution (this game sucks don't play it) (at least they did it before half life)
Unguis Lapis - The theme for an area called Unguis Lapis.
Tower of Caelum - Tower of Caelum.
Ravum Aedes Sacra - First boss.
'IDOLA' The Strange Fruits - All 3 of the final bosses. Which is every boss but the first one.

I could keep going but I'm spending too much time on this.
