How do you start a dedicated server in both LAN and internet?

It's not possible, thanks for posting in right topic :). Good news: If you have a dedicated internet server, you can connect to that with another computer even if its on a network.

So you cant make a dedicated server on LAN thats ok but how do you START a dedicated sever on internet (not LAN or single player)
