A bit late (and seeing how the thread is currently in a stuffstate, especially late), but reading about your current home situation, it might be interesting to seek out help from social workers.
I am sadly not up to date on the social security in Belgium, but they might know best how to deal with your situation, both where you can stay and what you can do.
There is no shame in seeking help.
Seeing you are going to the university, they should have a social worker there as well or at least speak with your studycoach or something like that to find out where to go exactly.
While living with your dad might work for you, your mother might still receive money from child benefits (i read that can go on until your 25th if you study? That is pretty neat) and if you decide to stay there, your father would probably appreciate that going to him instead.
But once again, i do not know much about the social security in Belgium. Seek a social worker on uni or at the OCMW or something. With them you can talk and find a good solution that works best for you and your situation (including panic attacks).
