Get Audacity, Find an MP3, make a good loop, turn it into a mono, and export as an ogg.

you could do that, or if you have a mac go to tha apple wesite under downloads and search for the oogis vorb (or something like that) creator

Also, learn to do things yourself by reading how other people did, quit making yourself helpless. If you can understand the basic principles explained by Badspot on how to use Audacity, then you can make your own.
