Missing Shapes help

I am having problems with some Add ons
I downloaded the Flame SPitter and everthing i start a server is stops and says MISSING SHAPE (blah blah blah)
how cna i fix this problem
(i reinstaled both the mod and bl and it didnt work)

1. did u use WinRAR to extract the .zip file to the main BL directory like a good little blockhead? XD
becasue if you do that, then there shouldn't be any probs!
