How do I download a paint set correctly.

I dont mean to ask a noobish question but how do I download one correctly?

Its a perfectly normal question, I had Blockland for about 4-6 months before I knew how to change colours sets. But... I completely forgot what folder to put the new set in, some one else is going to have to help you with that.
