[Port forwarding] Netgear WGR614v7 doesn't want to forward

I've tried and I've tried - followed the guide on portforward, Badspot's guide, and a person's help.  Nothing.  I just can't get this sucker to forward.

Anyone here have this and can help me out?  Thanks.

I have the same problems and just about the same router, just a v6

Call ISP and see if you are able to port forward through those ports.
