Banned from mmy dedi server

I just created a dedicate server, but when i tried to go on it said I was banned. But the server was so new i never even got a chance to go on it, let alone do something bad. And there was nobody else on the server at the time as I had just created it.

Is this common, can it be fixed, or did I do something wrong with the setup of the dedicated server?

Go to Blockland\base\config\server\BANLIST.txt, delete your name/ID.

My name and ID aren't on the list under the banned section. Also, when I try to go on it gives no reason.
