It looks like a fun game and I want to try it out. Plus, a lot of Blocklanders are on Mac, so it would attract more traffic for the game.

No.  Supporting two platforms is a huge pain in the ass, especially when mac users are incredibly stupid and don't know how to do anything.  There's even less motivation now that all macs use intel chips and can dual boot to windows.
