I cant host a lan game!

I cant host a lan game... its says on the computer that is trying to connect that it has the wrong vesion of torq!

Try reinstalling, keep your add-ons folder backed up.
To make a backup, right click add-ons, and click copy, then paste it elsewhere.

Just reinstall completely. Backup your base/saves folder if you want, though.

Oh wait! I know. Grab all particle data files and put them on the other LAN computer. If that doesn't work, every data file that isn't default.

Or just copy his entire Blockland folder.
