Oh yes, and its impossible for windows users to bind a key to alt-tab using 3rd party programs or w/e. *roll eyes*

They aren't designed to play games, their designed to look shazzy and make people think that they're better than everyone else. This type of behavior has been observed in many ~~mac users~~ elitist bastards.

Also, I would find that annoying. Its easier to accidentally sideclick than it is to accidentally alt-tab. Oh, and you do have problems with things being compatible, otherwise you wouldn't be rejoicing that you finally have a modeller that is compatible. You would be saying, "oh sweet, a new modeller for me to try out along with the hundreds of other compatible modellers", which isn't what you are saying. Its what the window's users are saying.

Blender has the slight advantage of being free (cost and freedom to use/edit/distribute) and open source. I fixed a problem in the DTS exporter by taking huge chunks out of the Python source, it seemed to work.

It's OK. LegoEggo doesn't really have an argument here. 90%+ of the world's computers aren't wrong. Windows is the OS of choice for consumers. Macs are niche products, with niche customers, most of whom (I work in a technical support position, so I know this from my own dealings) won't even learn how to use the operating system.

Then take it to an Apple store, lol... they'll either fix it or give you a new one. I'm using an iMac right now, like 10 months old, works fine.

Fair 'nuf, but but I do know the OS and I love it.

As for compatibility: We already have compatible modeling programs, this one is just very nice without having the cost of something like Maya.

I grew up on Macs, used them ever since I was 18 months old up to until I was like 12, I always hated them and I will keep hating them.

For one, I can't navigate on a Mac worth a stuff, the layout is so loving complicated that it takes a couple of brain lovings just to get open a program you accidentally deleted the short cut for, also I was constantly pissed that every program and game I wanted was incompatible with it.

Whenever I wanted to multi-task (open two programs), either one or both would hang up and crash or one window would go white and the computer would restart.

Mac does make some nice hardware but I still prefer Alienware and Sony.

I find Macs at least 100 times easier to navigate.

Ninja Edit: But let's just end the Mac vs. PC argument, none of our opinions are going to change.
