Plz help me change allowed events for players in my server

ive been having the problem of my server crashing from people creating too many wrench events, so if you could just tell me how to change the set limit for players that join it would be highly appreciated thx

you can, but its not recommended because with too many events, causes problems and most likely corrupt events

i heard they have a way around it ;)
i wouldn't do it....
use relays

i want to be able to reduce the amount not increase it because so many people kept abusing events and crashing my server
